Virginia Buckland

• Responsible for making sure Enliven caregivers were rostered for all Enliven clients within the Papakura and Manurewa region, on a day and at an hour that suited each client. The rosters covered seven days a week and over 100 clients.

• Travelled to workplaces within the Auckland region to work with up to 10 employees who needed help with literacy and numeracy
• Motivated employees towards learning and building their self-confidence in their work environment
• Collaborated with fellow tutors to develop effective strategies for addressing diverse employee needs and abilities

• Stationed at different native walkways to remind walkers to use the shoe cleaning equipment before entering and after leaving the forested area to prevent the spread of kauri dieback
• Talking to members of the public about the threat of kauri dieback disease to all remaining kauri trees in NZ

• Verified voter identification documents, maintaining integrity within the electoral process
• Contributed to fair election outcomes by adhering strictly to established guidelines and protocols
