I’m of the belief that the world is a very different place, the path that is less traveled is now the “traditional path”.

I love to learn new things, I am open minded and have a good outlook on life. Communication is important to me along with being transparent and genuine in my approach. I am a millennial and have been in management and leadership roles in which I'm positioned between generation X and Z, as a leader this requires a different type of skill set. I am a high energy person that knows how to use this well by empowering my people and leading in a way that is positive and beneficial, with no fear of the hard conversations. Understanding business management has allowed me to see the effects unplanned leave can have on a company and its staff.

If you are a team member, an internal colleague or a prospective client, I understand the importance of relationships in all roles. I have been able to prove that I can work individually without supervision and still deliver results for customers' expectations. Computers, software, and applications I am able to navigate.
