  • Working on the OUDW project (Otago University Digital Workspace Project), which involved cloud-based IT infrastructure migration
  • Pushing hashes to the devices, pre-provisioning them, enrolling them in JAMF Pro and Microsoft Entra, and rebuilding if necessary or resetting and preparing them for a new environment
  • Familiar with Veeam backup agent (software)as we used to install remotely into client’s devices and run a script for it
