• As a temporary receptionist at the Animal Medical Centre, I was responsible for providing excellent customer service, which included assisting customers with their queries and needs, also handling the arrival of incoming stock orders
• I gained experience using the eftpos terminal and managing the veterinary software system.

• Responsible for looking after the welfare and wellbeing of the cats staying, including cleaning cages, litter trays and feeding bowls, also spending time with the cats brushing them and spending time with them.

Responsible for engaging with the residents in conversation, board games, and crafts.
