A highly motivated and experienced farm manager looking for the next step in my career as I work towards farm ownership in the future. I come from a farming background growing up with Beef, Sheep and Dairy in the Canterbury region. Farming offers so much variety on a daily basis that it is never boring and I enjoy going to work every day. I am a hands-on person who leads from the front and enjoys practicable work alongside administration tasks. My skill set allows me to talk to and work with people from all walks of life and to get the best out of people, by being a working manager which people can see and who they respect. I am working towards Sharemilking in the next 5 years and each step i take is towards that target.
