Warren Jeffrey

Hello my name is Warren Jeffrey ,I'm 51 and have worked in horticulture most of my life ,from a verity of orchards to flower growing and now specimen trees.

I have been on the move for most of that time aswell but now I've hit the big 50 plus it's time to settle down .

I'm a trust worthy person who has great time management as well as horticulture skills in most areas. Aswell as mechanical skills .

I'm not formally trained but have been trained by some of the best over the years and think that practical learning was the best way for me .

I'm excellent with people as well as taking and giving direction .

I have been contracting for the last 4 years .but have been on payrolls before then and contracted in my spare time aswell due to seasonal work being what it is up and down with the seasons .

As you can tell from my cv I have been around ,that was due to wanting to learn as many types of Hort due to loving every part of it not only the easy but the difficult as well .

I'm a great supervisor/manager as I lead from the front ,i roll my sleeves up and help where it's needed and train people properly without issues .

I've worked with most nationalities from back packers to rse workers in nz .

All of my apple work was in the hawks bay and the rest of the fruit work in Northland ,flower growing in feilding as well as the specimen trees in manawatu to like I say I have traveled around a fair bit but am needing to settle in a area that suits me as far as a high horticultural area for me and my partner .
