I am an ISEB qualified IT professional with over +20 years’ experience in the IT arena, 7 years as a Developer and the remainder in the Test Arena.

I have worked in the Finance, Insurance, Airline, Telecommunication, Logistics, Insurance, Managed Funds and Medical Aid industries, performing a wide range of testing activities.

I have an in-depth proven knowledge of testing methodologies in both Waterfall and Agile delivery approaches and am a Certified Scrum Master. I am proven team player with strong interpersonal, communication, innovation, and leadership skills, with a proven delivery track record, adept at mentoring staff while raising testing capabilities within the teams with a passion for constant improvement and exploding ideas. This is evident in the responsibilities I have been tasked with in the various roles I’ve held to date.

  • While at IAG, I have worked on 4 large projects, introducing a Web-Based application developed by a 3rd party vendor, interfacing with a Legacy system built over Oracle/ SQL databases, integrating with a Rating Acceptance Engine in Australia
  • The latest project I've been involved in includes a number of components such as BizTalk, Middleware, all enabling one of our corporate clients (ASB) to connect directly to IAG via a web-based system, allowing them to perform Quote & Sale, Conversion to New Business and Mid-Term Adjustments
