Coaching philosophy: To make a difference to each individual player by increasing their all-round netball knowledge, skills and fitness. Players (and coaches) never know everything, so we are always learners and can always improve through upskilling and learning more with a passion to do better. Trainings should be kept interesting with a variety of skills and activities so players are fully engaged.
