Will Scully

Following my role as a summer clerk, I returned to PRLaw and have continued to work in the employment team, I have really enjoyed learning from their experienced team. The role has involved acting for both employers and employees, appearing as junior counsel in the Employment Relations Authority, and attendance at mediations. I have also moved into the conveyancing team which has provided great experience in working to deadlines and handling time sensitive work.

I first worked for PRLaw in November 2021. I was involved in a number of areas of the law, gaining great experience. Predominantly my work was in employment and I really enjoyed learning the ins and outs of the field. I worked drafting letters, providing legal research, handling administration tasks, and liaising with clients.

I worked in Cromwell for Pure Pac Cherries as a picker and in the pack house during my University Holidays. This was hard, rewarding work which I thoroughly enjoyed.

I worked at New World part time through my senior school years and during University Holidays. This taught me useful skills such as customer service, communication, and working with others.
