2015-2020 Aerobics Gymnastics Athlete (now retired) What I learned from my experience is to push through my weaknesses until they become my strengths eg: how to look after my health to stay strong and physically fit.

(2021) NorthTec Barista Course 

I learnt how to prepare and present a wide range of Espresso beverages for service, plus demonstrated knowledge of coffee origin and production.  


2018-2020 XTND Youth Leadership Programme. 

Through both theory and practical modules, interlaced with leadership activities, I was taught and developed: 

  • Strategies for working with children.
  • Time and group management.
  • Different coaching strategies.
  • Analyzing and teaching gymnastics skills/ fundamental movement patterns.

  • Safe teaching practice/health and safety Over a period of two years, I assisted in the coaching of boys and girls in gymnastics, tumble, trampoline, aerobics play gym ( toddlers under 5) and athletes.
