When I joined in 2022, I developed basic skills and discipline, and was promoted to Basic Two at the end of the Year, as well as awarded with a Most Improved Award

In Basic Two, I continued to develop my drill and leadership skills, through cadet exercises and activities. At the end of the year, I was promoted to LAC, and was once again awarded with a Most Improved Award

At the beginning of 2024, I was promoted to acting Corporal, and went on a Junior NCO course, that greatly developed my leadership and teamwork skills, to qualified me to become a full Corporal. At the end of the year, I was once again awarded with a Most Improved Award, and promoted to Acting Sergeant.

This year, I have been on a Senior NCO course, which developed my leadership and teamwork skills to a much higher level, and allowed me to be promoted to full sergeant.
