During my last 2 years at Home Support North, I manage an average of 150 clients with 41 Support workers and average of 980 shifts a week. During the 2.5 years I spend as a Bar and Restaurant Manager, I had a lot of administrative, financial duties and customer service experience. The 6 years + while I work for ICD electrical as business Manager I had a variety of administrative duties, from filing, record keeping, stock taking, budgeting, emailing customers, invoicing, quotations and day to day managing of contracting teams, scheduling appointments. Here I liaise with prospective clients and communicate on a daily basis with staff issues. For the period of 35 years plus customer service and admin duties was a huge part of my day to day activities. I strive on excellence, detailed working and being very organized.
