I am a results-driven marketer with extensive experience in sales, strategic planning, trade marketing and customer relationship management, especially in the FMCG sector. I recently completed my Master's in Global Management and Marketing at Lincoln University, where I conducted in-depth research on marketing strategies and supply chain management for major New Zealand companies.
Throughout my career, I have held key roles at renowned food companies in China, including Wilmar and COFCO, where I thrived in fast-paced sales environments. My expertise includes developing and executing marketing plans, driving sales growth and cost control. I am also skilled in team leadership and food retail, ensuring businesses achieve operational and financial success.
I am now eager to transition my experience into a new area, contributing my skills to a dynamic, results-oriented team that values innovation and strategic growth.
1. Customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any customer issues to a satisfactory conclusion.
2. Cash handling, ensuring all POS equipment is running, tills have appropriate float & balanced at end of each date (if closing shop).
3. Visual Appearance of Shop - Shop entry, till areas, floor, fridge, and shopping baskets should be kept clean and tidy, ensuring a high level of presentation of store to customers.
4. Ensure high levels of floor stock & presentation of it - fully stocked store, no empty crates, fresh stock.
5. Stock rotation, ensuring older stock is sold first. Removal of any expired stock or unsalable stock, under guidance from Shop Manager.
6. Comply with Food Safety regulations & hygiene procedures
7. Other duties from time to time may include but are not limited to harvesting, sorting and packing of other vegetables as required from the farm to the shop
