The inspection needs to make sure the position, size, and material of the components follow our requirements and design

Primarily responsible for assisting the senior engineer in conducting peer reviews of building consent applications engaged by the Auckland Council

I have extensive experience in conducting peer reviews for a wide range of building consent applications, some of the areas I have reviewed include:

• SED beam design, bracing design (including wind and seismic analysis), foundation design, and post-fire stability design for two-storey and three-storey wooden structures
• Portal frame design for three-storey steel frame structures
• Retaining wall design, including masonry, keystone, and timber pole systems

I show a very strong self-learning skill, it only took me a week to start on the right track and complete two projects.
