Someone with knowledge of taking surface measurements, quantity estimations and ability to produce a finished surface according to blueprints or oral instructions.

• Plan plasterboard preparation and layout

• Calculating and cutting plasterboard

• Installing insulation and vapour barriers

• Securing panels to ceilings, battens and walls

• Preparing and securing corner beads

• Anchoring panel moldings, cements, cornices and other plaster fittings

• Plastering, cover holes and joints with compounds and sanding

• Smoothing coats of plaster to uniform thickness

• Applying plaster and cement to structures with appropriate tool

• Take lead of the team from 3 to 5 staff on site on daily basis.

- Manage and supervise construction teams for school and home renovation projects.

- Based on the technical requirements of the project and the amount of work to be done, establish a construction schedule for each work item according to a specific schedule.

- From construction progress, plan to provide materials and human resources for projects to ensure progress.

- Supervise to ensure construction complies with laws and construction standards, ensuring work is completed smoothly, safely, with quality, efficiency, and on schedule.

- Coordinate with workers and experts from other professions to carry out the project together.

- Identify and resolve construction related issues.
