I am currently a supervisor for Kmart Botany. I worked my way up from a sales assistant into a Supervisor role. I was then given the opportunity to learn from and perform the roles of Duty manager, Overnight line manager and Toy World Manager. These roles have given me a well rounded business perspective. Over the years, I have led teams through multiple processes in front of house and in back of house. These include filling, decanting, presentation, housekeeping and compliance tasks. I have also trained other supervisors, and made sure every new employee is equipped with the resources and knowledge to perform their job correctly, efficiently and safely. I am process driven, friendly, down to earth quick thinker that will work whenever and wherever i am needed in order to achieve results for my team and for my company.
