In 2022, I walked out of my comfort zone, I decided to apply for the Xi'an State Grid. My main job is to assist the department’s deputy. I learned a lot from my last job, Through the coordination and help of our department, our company completed more than 500 emergency meetings in the first half of the year. I still remember the day my interviewer asked me what do you think about responsibilities? Why is honesty very important to us? My answers for that are first, I think Responsibility is a kind of duty and task, is the most basic professional spirit. I finished work assigned by the leader is my duty, but if I didn’t finish it out or I did it wrong way, which is still my duty, I shall ask my leader for help and try my best to fix the problems and if this problem can’t not be fixed, then the consequences no matter good or bad shall be taken by myself. With society comes responsibility, which is an important indicator to measure one's spiritual quality. Responsibility comes from mutual commitment in social relations. As for me, I have an employment relationship with the company, so the company promises me paid labor, and I also have to promise to the company to complete the work on time and in quantity. In my opinion, honesty is a symbol of a good person and it is a basic requirement for the coordination of human relations. We all know that once trust is broken it is very hard to fix it. If these people always lie, then how can we know the truth and how can we still work together? How can this work go smoothly, and the job can not be finished in quality. After that I took a test and I passed.

After my last interview, I have also found some similarities about those questions with our school standard. When I read it, there is one sentence that I can't forget. “ As teachers, we understand the influence we have on shaping futures, and the contribution we make to society by supporting children and young people to realize their potential and prepare them for their future.” This makes me understand that being a teacher is not only about responsibilities but also knowledge, good manners and habits and so on. This is not just a sentence. It is the hopeness, and brightness. It is a dynamic, learning, very testing and heavy job, but I have confidence to take on these responsibilities.
