- Engine overhauling - Replacing piston rings, pistons, connecting rods, cams, water pumps, water pump oil seals, measuring the crank shafts, cylinder boring, fuel injection pump removing & refitting, engine head decarburizing, value seat cutting of testing engines.
- Transmission - Dismantling, inspecting & reassembling the gear boxes by replacing the oil seals, gear wheels, synchronizing cones & bearings, selecting shafts & cables, & replacing centre bearings, CV joints & universal joints.
- Suspension - Checking & replacing shock absorbers, spring bushes, springs, swing arms, bushes & floating arm bushes.
- Steering Boxes - Checking & repairing manual steering boxes, power steering boxes, EPS system, power steering pumps & replacing ball joints, king pings & belts.
- Brakes - Replacing brake pads, brake shoes, brake master pump washers, wheel cylinder washers, checking & measuring brake drums & callipers & replacing them depending on wear or distortion, refilling & bleeding brake oil, repairing brake boosters & servicing brake valves of air brake systems.
- Rear axle & final drive - Dismantling & replacing oil seals & bearings, inspecting & repairing final drive unit by replacing crown wheel pinions & differential gear wheels, replacing hubs, hub bearings & drive axle shafts & during assembly adjusting the backlash, pinion bearing preload & correcting the clearance.
- Cooling system - Checking & diagnosing overheating, radiators, radiator hoses, cooling fans, thermostatic fans, thermostatic valves & checking drive belts to see if replacement is necessary.
- Electrical - Checking general electrical functions & replacing relays, bulbs, indicator lamps, main lamps, sensors & switches.
- General Maintenance - Carrying out lubrication services by replacing air cleaners, oil & fuel filters, changing engines, gear boxes, final drive unit oil & inspecting other general areas such as brakes, clutch, all paddle pre-play, steering wheel, drive belts, all mounting bolts, nuts & other inspections recommended by manufacturer.
