With over 9 years of experience in the medical laboratory field, including more than 4 years in a managing/leading role as a Technical Specialist for Histology, I have developed a strong understanding of the importance of effective mentoring, staff training, teamwork, and communication in maximizing efficiency and productivity. As a capable technical specialist, I am now seeking a leadership position where I can directly motivate and develop staff, contributing to the growth and value of the organization. I am eager to expand my skills and experience to their fullest potential. Throughout my career, I have thrived under pressure and consistently met deadlines, making me an invaluable asset for Histology, APS, particularly with increased workloads. I am resourceful, analytical, and have a positive attitude towards problem-solving. My excellent oral and written communication skills allow me to effectively interact with individuals from diverse cultures and those with English as their second language. I have built strong work relationships with staff members from various departments, enabling me to guide our team towards achieving the best possible results for the company. My exceptional leadership skills enable me to train staff to the required level of competence and successfully guide and motivate them through periods of change. Additionally, I quickly comprehend new technology and systems and effectively share that knowledge to enhance productivity.
