At JDM Driving Academy, I have worked as a driving instructor and provided high-quality driver education to individuals from diverse backgrounds. I have conducted various driver training sessions and successfully supported new drivers, senior drivers, heavy vehicle operators, and motorcycle riders. Furthermore, one of my greatest achievements in this role was providing excellent customer service and helping learners pass their practical driving tests.

At ExxonMobil New Zealand, I have worked as an aircraft refueller and serviced various types of aircraft. In this role, I have experienced driving multiple types of fuel tankers, which are the Australian equivalent of multi-combination and heavy combination trucks, to refuel various types of aircraft at Auckland Airport. One of my greatest achievements in this role was restructuring and creating an efficient refuelling procedure by maximising the use of refuelling software called Fusion 6. Utilisation of Fusion 6 software helped the organisation record all the fuelling-related data in digital form and minimise the use of traditional analogue fuelling paper dockets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACHIEVEMENTS

• Experienced in driving fuel tankers and hydrant dispensers to service a variety of aircraft.
• Handled aviation fuel and chemicals with correct procedures and quality control standards.
• Inspected trucks and dispensers before each trip to assess safety and identify maintenance concerns.
• Complied with various airline refuelling frameworks, company policies and procedures regarding safe refuelling operations.

At Toyota Financial Services, I have worked as a Fleet Coordinator and managed approximately 100 company vehicles across New Zealand. My role was centred on organising the repair, service, and licensing of each fleet and providing roadworthy vehicles to the customers. In this role, I have successfully built a rapport with various workshops, vehicle testing stations and fuel companies, which helped the business reduce unnecessary costs and increase profit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACHIEVEMENTS

• Managed all the fleet vehicles, including but not limited to COFs, registrations, and servicing, all being up to date and current.
• Ensured vehicles were maintained and available to customers with the least amount of disruption to daily business operations.
• Set priorities and solved workflow issues to maintain rapport with customers and managers.
• Experienced in managing the financial performance of the fleet department and organising repairs for each company vehicle.

At Lucky Rentals, I have worked as a Fleet Coordinator and managed more than 50 camper vans and rental cars across New Zealand. Furthermore, I was promoted to be a team leader in the Fleet department and managed a team of 15 groomers and fleet assistants at the Auckland depot. In this role, I have experienced importing various vehicles from Japan and used my Japanese language skills to translate various service manuals for the organisation.

• Proactively identified and solved complex problems that impacted management and business direction.
• Positively interacted with VTNZ, parts suppliers and workshops, which helped improve overall business operations.
• Assisted with the vehicle importing process and organised road compliance documents for each vehicle.
• Experienced managing a team of 15 and maintaining a positive work environment.
