For the last year and a half, I have been studying a Diploma in Science and Technology at Massey University. Having recently finished studying, I am currently looking for a full-time position in a call centre, administration, or customer service role where I can grow my skillset and apply my passion for helping people.
During my time working as a housekeeper, I was in charge of maintaining a high standard of cleaning and service. I inducted and trained new staff members as and when required.

In my role as a Covid19 screener I was responsible for greeting patients and visitors ensuring they were following the current rules and regulations around the traffic light system that was in place. I would ask them and number of Covid19 questions and depending on their answer I would direct them on where they needed to go.
