A family run business where we operate 10 static caravans of which I was in charge of general running of the park, Including collecting rent, general maintenance, cleaning of septic tank, and changing gas bottles I would also organise contractors when required. I was required to have a good relationship with all tenants and as we are such a small park i found having a good relationship was key and a top priority to insure all needs are met.

working weekends and events behind the bar and driving the speed boats as well as general maintenance including cleaning and mechanical repairs on 4x4s boats and jet skis, Mainly behind the bar serving a verity of cocktails, beers and food i was usually the only one behind the bar so had to work fast and efficiently on my own. while also being incharge of stock and orders.

• Family run business in which I still have strong involvement.
• Doing mainly pilling and dredging work including digger driving, crane operating and everything in-between.
• Also doing tree clearance, fabrication, welding, various vehicle operating, And general maintenance and miscellaneous jobs.
• I usually worked with a small group of which i was in charge and had to insure all work was completed to a high level and all safety and regulations were followed successfully.

• Working 14- 22 hours a day operating cart tractors, bailers telehandlers, excavators and just what ever needed to be done I completed to a high level with without issue.

• General event work mainly behind the bar at local events like firework displays, village market and small festivals.

• Delivering pizzas for a few hours after college and on weekends.

• General labour with strong involvement with management generally doing different jobs that required doing everyday. Including but not limited to making delivery's, loading lorries, digger work, and working in the garden centre shop.

• Over 100 hours of work experience
• Mainly cleaning and doing small jobs on high end race cars including a 2003 lmp1 car and the Brabham bt62.
