- The recovery administration role within ACC worked actively in two different departments within Recovery Admin, both IDM (inbound document management) and RAPI (Recovery Administration Physical Injury).
- I completed all manner of tasks handed to me via the recovery coordinator space, setting in motion the wheels to a great client outcome.
