I am a highly motivated year 13 student at Villa Maria College. Born in the UK to a Kiwi Mum and British Dad I am the eldest of three children. I have been fortunate enough to have travelled but have always had to earn my own spending money and as a result I have a strong work ethic and an innate desire to do well and do my best.
I have a passion for people and for service and I am at my best in client facing roles. I am confident in my ability but know my limits so will seek guidance when needed. I am looking for a role that can grow and stretch me as I see out the remainder of High School and embark on University life here in Canterbury.

I currently work as Front of House at the Two Fat Possums restaurant in West Melton.
My responsibilities include waitressing, assisting with functions, front of house, customer service and ensuring all visitors to the bar and restaurant experience fantastic service and leave with a lasting impression of their experience dining with us.
Verve Catering and the Vines Club are a wedding Venue located in Christchurch. They cater for Weddings and events both onsite and at locations across Canterbury.
My role here includes set up and waitressing at a variety of events from Weddings, parties to corporate events.
These events require you to be presentable, adaptable, collaborative and always thinking on your feet to ensure the best experience for all involved.
I developed Melton Candles during the 2020 "Lockdown". Needing a laptop for High School next year I decided I wanted to contribute to the cost and needed to figure a way to do this. Having been given a candle making kit for my birthday I loved both the process of making candles and of course the beautiful scents from the finished products and so was born Melton Candles! The candles are made from my home in West Melton (hence the name!) in Christchurch and I sell them both online via this page and at various markets in Christchurch. I am responsible for all aspect of running the business including purchasing supplies, making the candles, selling, invoicing, finance and cashflow and now staff managing staff as my two brothers are supporting me in the business.
