I have considered the skills required for this job, they are mainly 1.Communication 2. Language abilities 3. Ability to summarise experiences from work 4. Capability to analyse customers' career. Communication skills are seem to be a crucial factor that the company is looking for from me, it's the basic of this job, I would say I am not a person always like to talk but can talk to anyone and not afraid of that. Regarding language skills, I am struggling with it now, that I can send messages and writing in English, but can't speak it fluently. I spent lots of times in language recently, get in touch with natives and changing my habits for obtaining information. At the first step I am not going to talk to schools directly, so I think it doesn't matter, and I believe it will be resolved with opportunities for practices. Points 2 and 3 are both later stages, I want point out it briefly. Experiences is quite important for this position, it determine everything, someone can summarise it fast will get growth quickly. And capability to analyse decide will I done the job well.
