  • Accurate material take-off, which includes all major components of residential projects, such as mid-flooring, cladding and random timbers. Developed a Cost X taking-off workflow to suit the company’s needs.
  • Administration work such as Invoice and quotation management and sub-contractor communication.
  • Basic Budgeting and development of the company workflow – developing several forms and charts for construction operation.
  • Subdivision application and construction organization e.g., house removal, new water, electricity, and fiber connections etc.

  • Joined the project at a very early stage (bare land) and stayed with it through to completion – had the chance to see and participate in all stages of the development.
  • Organized delivery of materials to the site, followed up with sub-contractors to plan schedules, and did some physical work on the site.
  • Completed paperwork (forms, applications, letters) and communicated with Auckland Council as needed.
