Result-oriented, Diligent and dedicated farm manager with drive and experience managing all farm operations across the upper North island extremely motivated, and dedicated with a strong background in livestock maintenance, solid grasp of farming techniques and extensive experience in the business.with over twenty five years experience i have the Ability to manage and streamline various farming operations which assists to supervise team and adhere to government regulations. I have a strong ability to understand and deal with technical challenges, both mechanically and electronically. A wide range of agriculture skills and expertise in stock and feed management. Proficient at keeping costs low and production high along with tasks such as crop management and fertilization, farm equipment maintenance and repair and field cultivation. Excellent ability in apply agricultural skills to practice and yield excellent results from all aspects of day-to-day management.
