Summary

Since becoming a qualified Veterinary Nurse in 2024, I have gained extensive experience driving my passion for surgical nursing and anesthesia. Working closely alongside our head nurse, I have developed skills in orthopaedic procedures, including monitoring lengthy anaesthetics, managing total intravenous anaesthetics and scrubbing in to assist during surgery.

I thrive when it comes to complicated cases and managing anaesthetics from induction through to discharge. My current role has included being a part of an on-call roster providing after-hours emergency care nursing, further peaking my interest in surgical and critical care nursing. I am passionate, dedicated and extremely eager to continue learning and advancing in my nursing care and patient outcomes.
