• I have been handling a book of over 300 Clients, their needs, changing of assets, claims and payment plans all whilst succeeding in bringing on new business clients.
• The Role of a broker has been challenging in many ways. I Learnt not only one policy per risk, but multiple policies across different insurance companies, needing to compare them actively to determine what cover is right for each client you have whilst taking into account the clients preference.
• Participated in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in personal lines insurance.

• I was a part of our inbound centre and handled queries from a client base of over 115,000 clients - across domestic, rural and commercial lines.
• I also acted as a travel agent/ broker for Cover-more travel insurance, handling queries from not only all of our clients but staff also.
• Myself and a colleague were the two first consultants to transfer down to the South island in order to establish FMG's emerging Christchurch service centre team. This involved assuming temporary leadership responsibilities including training and ongoing support for the new team over the first 6 months without leadership or guidance as FMG had not filled the senior and team-leader positions prior to establishing the team.
• Conducted thorough policy reviews for existing clients, identifying gaps in coverage and recommending appropriate solutions.

• Working in a bar came with its own challenging experiences I was given the opportunity to complete my LCQ along with working with a team that prioritised efficiency and support of other staff above all else.
• My role at brewers consisted of front of house/bar staff along with waitressing in a restaurant area, Task management and providing a safe drinking environment.
• Served high customer volumes during special events, nights, and weekends.
• Maintained a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Efficiently opened or closed the bar according to established procedures, ensuring preparedness for each shift.

• In my time as a Barista/ Waitress for jenny i was able to gain catering experience and established excellent working relationships with my colleagues and our coffee and food vendors.
• The daily interaction with new people and regular customers was a significant highlight of my time at this cafe.
• I Maintained a clean and organized workspace for optimal productivity and safety.
• Promoted a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers with a friendly demeanour and promptly addressing their needs.
• Prioritised positive interactions with customers during hectic periods to promote fun, positive environment.

• Columbus Coffee challenged me to improve my multi-tasking and communication skills with the high turnover of customers as we were based in a mall.
• Levelling up my efficiency and time management from previous hospitality jobs was a skill i am grateful to have learned so early in my working career.
• Promoted seasonal specials, effectively driving sales of featured items.

In my time at Equipper's Out of School Care I was given a variety of roles including:

• Developing lesson plans based on ages and abilities of children involving reading, crafts, music and movement.
• Preparing meals, snacks and refreshments for children, accounting for individual dietary needs and restrictions.
• Cared for up to 115 children ranging in age from 5 to 13 years old.
• Discussed misbehaviour and concerns with parents or guardians, along with behavioural/ intellectual progress made by individual children.

This job was very different to the hospitality field I have thrived in for all my working life but I learnt a lot from both the kids and my experiences with the other staff members. I Developed strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on child progress and establishing trust.

McDonald's was my first job and it came with many challenges but i had a really good supporting team of staff around me and this job sparked the drive i have to do well and complete tasks with both speed and accuracy.

• In my role as a Crew Trainer i was responsible for training and helping new staff learn the ropes along with Managing the stresses of being in a fast food environment.
• Consistently providing good quality service and attention to customers when conflict did arise.
• Trained other employees in customer service, food safety, and performance requirements.
• Set positive example for team members by providing high-quality, efficient service.
