When I first started at Glassons I was a full time sales assistant. I was offered a management role within the first three weeks of working with the company. I have really been successful within Glassons, during my time. If you were to describe me I am a person who is really eager to learn new things, who can adapt to anything, always up for a challenge. I can work extremely well under pressure. Am always organised and prepared. I am a very bubbly/friendly person, who loves to engage with people. I am originally from Hamilton and moved to Auckland two years ago.

- Currently branch manager of NewMarket Glassons.
- I started as a full time sales assistant in Newmarket then Promoted to 3IC of North West within the first 3 weeks working for the company.
- At North West Glassons I got promoted from 3IC to 2IC then branch manager within the space of 4 Months
- I was at Northwest till the end of 2023 from there I got Promoted to 2IC at Sylvia Park.
- Sylvia park is the top store in New Zealand where I ran a team for 25 plus staff member's, doing roster, retail reports, team meetings, working alongside head office, training new team member's.
- Then from Sylvia park I moved to Botany to be branch manager where I stayed for 6 months.
- Just before charismas I then moved to Newmarket to be branch manager of an A grade store managing approximately 14 girls.
- During my time I have also done lots of admin work, hiring employees, retail reports, rosters, meeting documents, speaking in front of big groups, requirement evenings, merchandising and I have trained a number of staff members.

- I have been really successful within Glassons, have made lots of weekly and monthly targets during my time which lead me to getting bonuses.
