• Maintaining accurate records of all wool received into the store.

Inwards Goods:

• Ensuring truck loads are accurate in product deliveries and processing all stock into the pacsoft software system.
• Working with suppliers for credit claims on damaged products and stock control.
• Efficiency with numbers and manual handling stock.

Customer Service Desk:

• Working with customers in processing their online or special orders and paying their accounts or invoices.
• Click and collect processing.
• Main point of contact for any customer queries and direction.
• A face paced environment requiring on the go thinking and the ability to multitask.
• Supervising the checkouts.

• Assisting where needed in the workshop or out in the field service. Both environments are inclusive of a range of repairs, breakdowns and servicing on heavy machinery.
• Operating heavy machinery such as tractors and agricultural equipment. Using the workshop forklift to assist where needed on site.
• General workshop chores and assistance to keep the place running efficiently.
• Working individually on small jobs suitable to my experience at the time.

• Assisted customers with fuel refills and minor mechanical jobs such as oil and water top ups, checking tyre pressures and changing wiper blades and car tyres.
• Monitored fuel levels by dipping the main fuel tanks daily.
• Improved store appearance by maintaining cleanliness both inside and outside the facility, including window washing and product display organisation.
• Customer assistance at the till with purchases or workshop jobs in the rear store.

• Manual handling a ladder for tree thinning as well as operating a hydralada for any higher/hard to reach areas.
• Supervising the other apple thinners and managing team placements and daily tasks.
• Working with small mechanical jobs in the pack house.
• Pruning branches in the tree blocks to ensure effective tree and fruit growth.
