Budget allocated to sport and recreation according to established criteria

Organise Awards and Prize Giving ceremonies

Prepare an annual sports report

Ensure good communication channels within the school and wider community

Attend regular Sports Coordinator meetings

Be responsible for the administration of Sport at St Mary's College

Prepare a Sports Budget and oversee its allocation and spending

Facilitate student involvement in sport as a physical activity

Be responsible for the annual cycle of Mercy and Sacred Heart Tournaments and Pryde Cup

Be responsible for the St Mary's sports calendar in consultation with the Principal and Principal's PA

Represent the College at regional or zone meetings of Sports Coordinators

Maintain links with media to promote St Mary's sporting achievements

Oversee any travel, accommodation and associated spending relative to College teams involved in games away from home
