With over 20 years of experience in the wine industry, I am a passionate and innovative entrepreneur who founded and led Misty Cove Wine Group, a premium New Zealand wine producer and exporter, establishing itself in over 35 countries and becoming a top 15 winery of New Zealand. I have a strong background in commercial strategy, global sales and marketing, brand building, project management and key account management. I have successfully launched and grown multiple wine brands, established and maintained relationships with distributors, customers and suppliers across multiple global sectors, and created and executed strategic plans to increase sales, profitability, and visibility for key stakeholders. Following the recent sale of Misty Cove, I am looking for the next opportunity to utilise my experience and unique skills to collaborate with diverse and talented teams. As always, I am eager to continue to learn and challenge myself.
I was responsible for developing, implementing, and leading effective training programs focused on developing players' long-term capability to compete in the TopKlasse, the highest level in Dutch cricket. I also contributed to the team's success by consistently demonstrating strong leadership and teamwork skills while separating my coaching roles from the player and teammate aspects.
