I am currently a Department Manager at McDonald's with a proven track record in team leadership and customer engagement. I am a expert in staff management and problem-solving, successfully enhancing service quality and operational efficiency. First Aid Qualified

I have volunteered and worked at a dog grooming and daycare for 3 years between 2012-2015. I was responsible for looking after 20+ dogs - making sure they had enough water and were all getting along. I was also responsible for cleaning up after them. I washed/dried/brushed them and clipped their nails.

I currently own 2 dogs, 2 cats, 3 horses, 7 miniature ponies, 3 donkeys, 10 chickens, and 3 donkeys. Majority of these animals are rescues and have forever homes with me. I spent a lot of my time outside of work taking care of them.
