Throughout my time at Care Of People, I achieved significant improvements in the Human Resources department. I conducted over 200 job interviews, including both individual sessions and group interviews of up to 12 candidates. I automatized many HR processes by creating custom Excel templates and implementing AI-based tools to optimise workflow and reduce time spent on administrative tasks. I also designed several psychotechnical assessments to better identify candidate profiles and implemented mandatory training programmes for hundreds of employees. Additionally, I successfully helped resolve legal issues in coordination with the company’s legal advisory team and mediated conflicts between staff members, improving communication and team dynamics.
