- Produce Assistant Manager to assist the department manager in effectively managing the team in the department while keeping our shelves fresh, and full and providing friendly customer service.

- Help to control ordering for the department through effective use of the in-store purchasing systems.

- Liaise with suppliers as appropriate and ensure that all stock is sourced through approved suppliers, all orders are placed on time and all products are checked on arrival for quality.

- Handle customer enquiries and complaints appropriately and ensure effective interactions with customers at all times.
