Ashley Anderson

My history in automotive starts in retail sales dating back to 2006, working for a fast paced, high volume sales, used car dealership. From there my journey has lead me to this point in time with Inchcape Distribution. My management skill have developed over a period of 20 years working in hospitality management, managing small teams of 7 to running 3 bars at once with a staff of 25 on one given night. The one thing I maintain with all my management responsibilities is maintaining a safe fun productive culture.

I would take into this role the experience I have gained in all my different roles and apply it to the Inchcape way, their values and processes. I am confident I can succeed in this role, I am looking forward to adding this next chapter to my career and growing within Inchcape.

Group fitness instructor Wellington 10 years, had a hip replacement decided to take a break.  Moved to Christchurch 2019 LM asked me to get back into it, declined due to commitment with dealership.

Moved to Auckland and LM Howick asked me to get back into it, I decided to challenge myself after a 8 year break, passed module and re-cert is coming up 27th Feb. I enjoy the energy the positivity and seeing people grow in self confidence, hitting goals and putting themselves out of their comfort zone and coming up to fist pump us at the end.

I am lucky to be with a fantastic group of individuals that re open and accepting to all walks of life creating a safe space, changing lives getting fit and having fun doing so.
