I was on a casual position at Bras N Things but after working with the company I learnt a lot of new skills made great bonds with customers and staff amongst the company. I have worked between northwest, lynnmall, st lukes and new market. i was trained to use the pos system to process sales, returns, online orders and gift card activation. I also greeted customers and helped them locate specific products, and was also trained on how to do stock takes, how to handle the money etc.
