I am a motivated individual who enjoys challenges and is eager to learn. Despite lacking internship roles, my experience in retail and hospitality has allowed me to gain skills that would otherwise not be available to learn. This includes constant face-to-face interactions with customers, problem-solving, and executing high-level assignments. Graduating with a degree in Commercial Law has allowed me to gain a deep understanding of various areas of law. Whether reading contracts, interpreting legislation, or understanding legal matters, this degree has allowed me to put one foot into the legal industry.
Furthermore, I intend to increase my understanding of the legal system by pursuing further tertiary study at the postgraduate level. Additionally, I have taken several other papers at the University of Auckland that include management, marketing, and business foundational courses that have broadened my understanding of real-world business and expanded my scope of interest in the commercial world. Despite completing my degree in Commercial Law, I have had other interests in other areas, such as Operations and Supply Chain Management, Financial Securities, and Marketing.
