I am 20 years of age. I am always seeking to expand my current knowledge. I am a hard-working proactive person, who thinks ahead of time to avoid hurdles. Any task I am given, I will attempt to complete to the best of my ability. I am used to a big team environment and have the ability to adapt to change. I am interested in all aspects of agriculture, and I am looking to gain experience in as many elements as I can. I have a strong passion for retail management within the agriculture sector. I'm looking for an opportunity that will allow me to progress my knowledge. I can achieve this if given the opportunity and guidance.

 I have a strong work ethic that allows me to get stuck in and get the job done while expanding my knowledge with a willing-to-learn attitude. I am a very motivated and determined individual who has great communication and interaction skills.

Over the years, I have been lucky enough to have work experience within the agriculture, horticulture, hospitality, and retail industries. This has allowed me to improve my effective communication, time management, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. These skills are going to be beneficial for the role, helping to build and develop strong customer and colleague relationships. My experience in hospitality has helped further develop my customer service, problem-solving and communication skills, and I understand the importance of these skills and their effectiveness as they can influence the responses of others. I have also had the opportunity to gain practical and theoretical knowledge about the agricultural and horticultural industry as I studied at Massey University for a business agriculture degree for a year and a half before deciding not to go any further with my studies as I was just too eager to get out into the working world.
