To actively pursue ongoing growth and professional development through further education, networking, and self-reflection to enhance skills, knowledge, and adaptability in my field. Over the years I have been working, I have tried my hand across a range of different jobs, from beginning as a swimming instructor, to expanding into retail sales ending up in key account management. I believe this has given me a wide range of skills and knowledge along with demonstrating flexibility that can help see me thrive in many situations, such as demanding and high stress environments.


Throughout the various environments I have worked in, none is more fast-paced than retail sales, having a high turnover of customers ranging from all age groups, this has given me the mindset to work harder, faster and smarter when dealing with customers I only have a small period of time to build rapport in. Whilst working full time, I have also had the opportunity of travelling to rural America for 3 months during 2017, gaining more life experience in a different culture. Throughout my current journey as a sales representative, I have had the ability to travel throughout New Zealand having customers in both the north and south islands. This has helped introduce me to a variety of customers all having different needs I am able to fulfill. I managed 30 accounts in this role and produced weekly reports to fulfill my job duties. Co-workers and friends would describe me as an outgoing, fun individual who always brings a positive attitude and high work ethic.


My current experience as a Candidate Manager has taught me how to maintain relationships with multiple people and continuously communicate with them to assist them in their job search. I have learned many skills in this job, ranging from client interactions, creating job ads, sourcing candidates and working with a wider team to achieve our goals. This experience along with my sales rep experience has built me up to be a successful recruitment consultant, someone who will never shy away from having the difficult conversations to achieve the right outcome.


Throughout these jobs I have had to maintain a high level of communication skills which I believe has helped develop my confidence and driven me to further my skillset.
