- Providing in-house technical training, mentoring and positive role modelling to technicians/apprentices.

- Monitoring of, and briefing staff on all current model Technical service bulletins, campaigns and warranty special coverages.
- Completing, reviewing, quality controlling and providing labour rate times on work orders for invoicing and warranty administration.
