I am a 34-years-old Brazilian Register Architect with 9 years of Architectural experience in Brazil, 3 of those years as a Registered Architect. In New Zealand I have 4 years of experience in precast industry and 1 year and half in retirement villages.

I have worked in several large-scale and complex projects, such as Ravenscar house, CRL Aotea and Mount Eden stations building and Summerset Papamoa, Waikanae and Richmond drawings.

The last 7 years I have been working with projects matching complementary projects and producing drawings either for manufacturing, council consent and construction using BIM models.

For a bit more then a year I have been doing site inspections for Summerset villas, ensuring building is fit for purpose, ready for council inspections and company sales.
