• Procuring seed production area for the company
• Monitoring, advising and producing reports on crops for Company
• Developing relationships with new and existing grower base
• Providing Arable Agronomic advise on Farm
• Becoming trusted advisor on farm for clients
• Helping farmers in creation of Gross Margins and Budgets for crops.
• Expanding existing client bases for company across Southland and Otago
• Assisting PGG Wrightson TFR’s with agronomic advise for their clients.
• Grain Trading – (Buying grain from arable clients & selling to dairy farmers)
• Selling of PGG Seeds Products e.g. Cereal seed, Pastural Seed
• Maintaining regular and consistent call cycles with clients to ensure good relationship with company and farmers and to ensure success of crops for the farmer and the company.

• Company Overview: 6000ha, Intensive Cropping
• Summer employment driving chaser bin
• Dismantling old woolshed
• Achievement: Managed the extremely long hours and demands of the job, offered the possibility to return to the farm next season
