Whilst working at Paradice Entertainment I was originally hired at 16 for a customer service role which I worked till I turned 18 in November 2023 were I was then asked to work a part time Duty Management role.

• Trained employees in essential job functions.
• Mentored and supported junior staff members to apply best practices and follow procedures.
• Supervised and coordinated team to provide guidance and support and maximize performance. (one to ten people teams)
• Opened and closed location.
• Manage the Ice cuts and drive a Zamboni to do so.
• Counted and manage the cash out of all the separate tills.

I did Sailing Coaching one's a week over the summer of 2022, I was teaching entry level sails to build there confidence on the water. when the season came to an end I was on call over the winter.

• Collaborated with other coaches to improve training methodes for optimal sailor growth.
• Organized and managed regattas, ensuring smooth execution of events and compliance with race rules.
• Supported development by providing constructive feedback after each practice and competition.
• Evaluated weather conditions prior to practices or races to ensure safe sailing conditions were maintained throughout all activities.
