Charlotte Simpson

I am a hardworking, collaborative, friendly person with great people skills. My confidence and ability to communicate effectively ensures I can engage with everyone. I enjoy learning new skills and using my initiative with a drive to complete all tasks to a high level. My passion and desire to succeed flows through my work and studies, with my current GPA at 8.78.

• Keystone Vital Healthcare Property Scholarship 2024 - For academic excellence in my first year of university (2023), for involvement in my community and potential to succeed in the property industry.
• First in Class Award, University of Auckland 2023 - Introduction to Property, Prop 102. · Awarded to the student who has achieved the highest overall marks in the course.
• Becky Sorenson Cup, Baradene College 2022 - Awarded to a student who shows maturity of thought, a warm sense of fun and generosity of spirit.
• Outstanding NZQA Scholarship - Technology, 2021. Awarded to the top 1% of Technology students in New Zealand.
• Duke of Edinburgh Awards Silver and Bronze
• Scholar Award, Baradene 2022 - Awarded to the top 7 students for academic excellence in 2020 and 2021.

Young Vinnie’s Member/Leader

• Young Vinnies member in 2021 and leader in 2022 at Baradene College. Organizing and leading initiatives such as cooking 90 meals with students in Young Vinnies, as well as packing weekly food parcels for local families in hardship.

Hockey Coaching

• Coached a year 7/8 hockey team at Baradene College for two years, running weekly practices and coaching at games. Gaining patience, better communication skills and the learning about the importance of teamwork.

Dove Hospice Volunteer

• Volunteering at my local Dove Hospice shop has allowed me to support the organization and care for individuals during challenging times.
