Various work related to the installation of a new build in Uniworks for ANZCO owned stock and the associated payments to our Graziers.

This has involved working with other B&I testers, Finance, and Livestock.

It is based on the work I did as a Livestock Admin but it is has involved an increase in my level of involvement in Livestock processes.

• Permanent Livestock Administrator for our Seafield & Kokiri, with occasional roles at Manawatu & Eltham, plus bobby calves at Rakaia
• Role primarily involves processing of invoices from the point of booking by Livestock Representative through until payment
• Duties include processing of ASD’s, processing of Livestock related payments, ad hoc reporting, NAIT obligations, dealing with clients and livestock reps, and assisting other staff members with duties as required
• Also responsible for all UW-based Livestock month end payments, from checking through to implementation
• Systems involved are primarily Uniworks and CloudSuite. Other work in e-livestock, ileader, ANZCO's Producer Portal, and various QA sites
• Hired by Myles O’Donnell, South Island Procurement Manager

Relief role. General milking duties on a fortnightly or as required basis

Regular weekend work in a single operator herringbone dairy shed. Employers Matt & Sheree Adkins

This position was not continuous as it was done either in conjunction with other work or in a full time capacity. General fencing labourer.
