I am enjoying working as a sub contractor and am trading under the name Arc Force.
Since starting as subby i have completed a few small hand rail fabrication projects on the side while working for High Country Engineering, primarily installing conveyors.
My main motivation is to provide for my wife Tui and daughter Briar.

- Arrange gear and consumables from suppliers in preparation of connecting tail skin then manage crew of welders welding tail skin.
- Assist in movement of 360T fully assembled TBM down to portal connect gantries and commission machine before starting tunneling.
- Completing thorough daily, weekly and monthly checks on all TBM mechanical equipment
- Work as a team troubleshooting and repairing issues with hydraulics, automatic greasing system and dewatering system.
- Diagnose and replace bypassing thrust cylinders, removing using complex load transferring techniques.
- Maintain lifting equipment including vacuum powered segment crane and ring erector.
