I have worked for Enable New Zealand for nearly 21 years, over my 3 roles in Finance, Housing team and now with the Equipment team I have done all the ACC side of the teams with the exception of finance in which I covered most things (ACC, MOH, payments and some accounting tasks to cover for Team Leader when absence)

In my role as a CSF in the ACC equipment team, I do daily invoices, process orders that need CSF review, Follow up open purchase order with Suppliers, Follow up with open trials with Assessors or Suppliers, Cover the SMB email inbox, Liase with other teams ie: Housing when required to sort joint funding for applications

I have in the past been a Team leader for the ACC Equipment team to cover the Service Manager when they were in charge of 3 teams.

• Supported the finance team by processing invoices and expense claims promptly and accurately.
• Helped reconcile bank statements and accounts and maintain accuracy and current records.
