- Cashier : Operating the checkout counter, handling customer payments, ensuring accuracy, supervising the self checkout area, preparing packaging for home delivery.

- Customer service : Helping Customer's need, assisting them with returns, exchanges or refunds.

- Security : ensuring the safety of customers, employees and property by responding to emergencies ( accidents, disputes or health issues )
